Constance D. RN
Constance was drawn into nursing as a new career after meeting her father’s compassionate hospice nurses. This led her to volunteer for a local hospice, where she participated as a Vigil Team member, whose sole purpose was to assure that actively dying patients were not alone during their last hours. One of her assigned patients was determined to be thriving, and Constance was then hired by the family to be her caregiver for nearly three years. She became inspired by these events to pursue an RN degree and she obtained her nursing license in 2012.
She has primarily served as a Correctional RN and briefly as a Developmental Disability RN, working with a diverse population of adult/geriatric patients with chronic diseases, developmental delays/dementias, psychiatric conditions, and substance use disorders. Having a strong interest in Integrative Medicine, she is proud to work in an environment that offers its clients a variety of individualized therapies and treatments, in addition to conventional medicine. She enjoys caring for people and applying her knowledge to help AToN’s clients achieve positive life changes. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
