Dee Tran

Dee was born in Da Nang, Vietnam and came to the U.S. when he was around 3 years old. Throughout his childhood he moved throughout the U.S. until finally residing in Boston, MA in 2000. In Boston, Dee found his passion for cooking and began his training at Le Cordon Bleu, graduating in 2011. His first job after graduating was at Blue Ginger, which was owned by Chef Ming Tsai. After meeting his wife, Dee moved to California and began working as a Sushi Chef. Dee currently lives in San Diego with his wife and three wonderful kids. Dee is thrill to join the AToN Center team and further his culinary training and passion.
